[dpkg] install package ignore dependencies

Syntax:

sudo dpkg --install --ignore-depends=your_ignored_package your_install_package

you can do more than one ignore-depends in the syntax

ex. if you have two dependencies d1 and d2, your package to be installed is p1

sudo dpkg --install --ignore-depends=d1 --ignore-depends=d2 p1.deb
